I was going to give out the valentines on the actual day, but I decided that it would be better to do them today so you guys could have time to RP reactions before V-Day passes. But actually IC I decided that they will be passed out today, tomorrow, and on Valentine's itself (since not everyone is going to work on V-Day), so feel free to have your character get the valentines whenever.

Tenten-mun suggested that a trickster (I assume it will be Zabuza) break into the box and re-address some valentines to give the event a more amusing spin. I did this, so your character is actually getting valentines meant for OTHER people. If you go to THIS entry, I have unscreened all of the comments you guys left so you can see who was actually supposed to get the valentines.
Note that I'm only re-addressing the valentines to people who gave/received valentines. If your character didn't get one here, obviously feel free to make up one.

What I did to match valentines to people is number each individual valentine and go down the list in order of the people who commented. The people who didn't give any valentines but received them were on the second part of the list. After I went through the whole line, I randomly selected people to get another valentine.

I was thinking that for a Valentine's Day event in store, all of the employees could be required to give out at least one valentine. How it would work is in the employee break room there could be a box with an opening in the top where people can push slips of paper (their valentines), which would be provided by the store and have some kind of pink, Valentine's design on them. The box would be set up today, the first of February, and the valentines would be delivered the last couple days before and including Valentine's Day (because not everyone in the store is going to work on Valentine's itself).

So~, basically, if this event is approved then you can post to this entry IC-ly with your character, writing what they would on the valentine. Like I said before, it would be mandatory for every employee to put at least one valentine in the box, no matter who it's to (I'm just doing this so the characters who wouldn't participate will). Other employees, feel free to give as many valentine's as you like. :)

The format of this is pretty open, but there is one required field and that is who the valentine is for. Then, of course, that's followed by the actual message. The valentine can be from someone, or it could be completely anonymous. Your character's choice.

The comments in this will be screened (except for comments that aren't valentines and might help others, such as questions/answers), and around valentine's day I'll put up another entry with everyone's valentines revealed! Don't worry, though. If your character chose to remain anonymous on their card, they will remain anonymous in the reveal.

And I think for the few characters who don't work at K-Mart, feel free to give some valentines out too.

EDIT: Okay, since you guys are devious and we've got a taker to break into the box and switch them all up, I'll do that. On V-Day I'll unscreen all comments so you can see who they were rightfully going to, but the post I make will have which valentines your character is actually getting.

Your employees at Konoha Mart work really hard and especially during the holidays we spend long hours making you money. When we get days off or vacations it's never at the same time as someone else so if we all got time off and went somewhere together, it would be a great experience for everyone. Since Naruto already spent so much on just GETTING to Japan and being able to stay there for a week, he only bought souvenirs for people who he's close to, plus family. So though he saw things he would have liked to buy for just about everyone, he couldn't afford it. T_T

Exceptions include:
- Haku, since he's living at Naruto's house.
- Ino, since Naruto and Ino aren't exactly close now, but Ino has a ~*~special~*~ place in Naruto's heart.

I thought I would be happy about the two people who got beaten up lately but I'm not. (it's OK dad I'm happy in general but not about this...) they're both guys who I have a big problem with but seeing everyone so happy about them being hurt isn't cool... it makes me feel bad.

I think people deserve to get beat up when they're being bastards. Kiba beats guys up... he does stuff to me almost every day... and everyone knows Zabuza broke my arm and made Kisame really sad... but they're people too ok... so you can beat them up but it's not really something to celebrate over..

I feel like... too many people have been acting really selfish around here... and I don't care if anyone disagrees with me.

I'm slow posting this, but Naruto has a banner for Jiraiya's birthday he's been running around getting everyone to sign. He's going to hang it in the employee lounge on Tuesday morning so Jiraiya will see it when he goes into work, and Naruto is going to have cake for Jiraiya in the afternoon, also in the employee lounge.

Just letting everyone know since Naruto will have harassed your character to sign the banner, and your character is definitely welcome to eat cake later!

The cake takes place on the 11th (Tuesday).
